We offer exactly two residential service options. Compare when service starts, what is included and how you are billed.
Snow clearing begins at the written 2-inch trigger. You pay separately after each completed visit.
Proactive winter response for light snow, freezing conditions, refreezing and measurable accumulation—not only 2-inch snow events.
Program 2 of 2 · Proactive protection
Residential Zero-Tolerance ProgramQuick Cut's Zero-Tolerance program is not a basic two-inch-trigger service. We monitor and respond to winter conditions large and small—including dustings, freezing drizzle, freezing rain, sleet, refreezing and measurable snow. Pretreatment is used when appropriate, helping reduce ice buildup and slip-and-fall exposure before conditions worsen.
When icy conditions develop or accumulation remains under one-half inch, salt may be dispatched according to the written agreement.
Approved driveways and selected walkways are hand-cleared or snow-blown and treated. Truck plowing is avoided whenever the property layout and storm conditions allow.
Freezing drizzle, freezing rain, sleet, dustings and refreezing are monitored—not only measurable snow accumulation.
No service call is needed. We may return as conditions, accumulation or refreezing require. Every completed return visit is billed separately.
Estimated service pricing
Prices below are for each completed visit—not for the entire storm. Your exact rate depends on driveway size, walkway coverage, access and property layout.
Per completed visit · not per storm
During an all-day or continuing storm, we may return as accumulation, changing conditions or refreezing require. Every completed visit—including each return visit—is a separate billable service at your applicable property-specific rate.
Program 1 of 2 · Pay per visit
This is the straightforward alternative to Zero-Tolerance. Service begins when snowfall reaches the written 2-inch trigger, and every completed visit is billed separately.
Dependable residential clearing with straightforward billing after every completed service visit.

This real Quick Cut footage shows residential snow removal in progress and the cleared surface afterward. Your written agreement identifies the service trigger, approved areas and snow-stacking location before the first storm.
Equipment matched to conditions
Our crew selects the right combination of equipment for the snowfall, surface and property layout. Not every tool is needed during every visit.
Used around steps, entrances, corners and narrow sidewalk areas where larger equipment cannot reach.
Regular commercial leaf blowers help clear light, dry snow and provide a cleaner finish along edges.
Used on many residential driveways and sidewalks for controlled clearing with less equipment contact.
Provided when snowfall depth, heavy conditions or driveway size makes truck plowing the practical choice.
The crew makes the final equipment decision at the property based on actual storm conditions. Truck plowing is used when necessary and may not be required for every visit.
What homeowners should know
Property details are confirmed in writing so your driveway, selected walkways and preferred snow-stacking location are understood before service begins.
Residential agreements cover the written winter term, generally November 15 through April 15.
Residential service is completed within the agreement’s operating window, generally between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
During longer storms, repeat visits may be necessary. Under per-event service, each completed pass is billed separately.
A valid card on file is required for dependable automatic dispatch and payment after completed service.
